At Get a Grip we provide reactive and planned maintenance for short and long term rental, domestic and commercial properties. 

We offer these services either as a pay-as-you-go or a subscription model. All jobs are undertaken by appropriately qualified professionals from NIEC approved electricians and Gas Safe registered plumbers through to experienced decorators and experienced handy persons. We offer a guarantee for all works completed. 

We have an ever expanding portfolio of clients for example The Perfect Host (The Perfect Host | Cambridge) an Air B and B provider where our maintenance work needs to be completed swiftly and to a high standard as the quality of their properties attests. 

We can also offer general building works specifically knock through, extensions and other structural works. 

All jobs are overseen by our director Will Barraclough a chartered building control surveyor and member of the CIOB.

Founded by Will Barraclough a Cambridge native who has worked in the property industry since leaving university. Variously as managing a branch of Winkworths Estate Agent in South London, a project manager for a London building firm and then onto 8 years as a building control surveyor whilst developing several properties and managing his own rental properties. A chartered member of the CIOB Will takes great interest in the works of structural engineers, building control regulations and the latest sustainable construction methods. Through his extensive experience in the letting and building industry he understands the need for efficient and economic delivery of his work.
